Application Scenario

It is suitable for large-scale vegetable oil production enterprises, grain and oil processing groups, agricultural cooperatives and overseas oil processing projects, and is especially suitable for procurement and use by customers in emerging markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South America.


The material first enters the storage bin at the top of the extractor and, propelled by a scraper chain, slowly moves toward the spray leaching section (straight section), where it is sprayed with solvent multiple times. The material then passes through the curved section and enters the lower layer for further leaching. Finally, it is rinsed with fresh solvent. The wet meal continues in the draining section, where it naturally desolventizes before being discharged through the bottom outlet.

The core advantage of the annular extractor is that the material can be completely turned over when passing through the curved section, effectively improving the uniformity of extraction. At the same time, the shallow material layer (generally 700-900mm) is conducive to solvent penetration and mixed oil diffusion, shortening the extraction time, reducing the solubility of wet meal, and keeping the residual oil content stable below 1%.

The power system utilizes a cycloid reducer, hardened gear reducer, and chain drive structure to drive the drive shaft, driving the heavy-duty conveyor chain and chain frame in a closed-loop operation. Select models feature a tensioning device above the drive shaft to ensure smooth and reliable chain operation, enhancing overall machine stability and service life.
