Peanut kernels go through a series of pre-treatment processes before oil extraction and product canning. The specific process is as follows:
Peanut kernels → cleaning → magnetic separation → stone removal → crushing → embryo pressing → steaming and frying → pre-pressing → steaming and frying → secondary pressing → filtering → deacidification and drying → canning
The cakes after secondary pressing are cooled and stored in the cake warehouse. The process is: secondary pressing → cake cooling → cake warehouse
1) Peanut Shelling Machine
The peanut shelling machine consists of a feed hopper, a grooved roller, a concave plate with slats, a fan, a specific gravity sorting screen, an air conveyor and other components. It has the advantages of compact structure, stable performance, good durability, large processing capacity, low power consumption and easy operation. The shelling rate is not less than 95%.

2) Cleaning sieve
In order to effectively achieve the cleaning goals, ensure a good operating environment and production stability, and improve the quality of finished products, the process is equipped with a high-efficiency vibrating screen to clean out large and small impurities.

3) Magnetic separator
Equipped with a non-powered magnetic separator, it can effectively remove iron impurities in peanuts.

4) Gravity Stoner
A suction-type specific gravity stone remover is used to remove the side stones and side mud from peanuts.

5) Toothed Roller Crusher
In order to ensure good results in the subsequent softening and steaming process, the peanuts need to be evenly broken into 4-8 pieces so that the temperature and moisture are evenly distributed during steaming and frying, which is convenient for subsequent pressing.

6) Steaming and frying pan
The function of the steamer is to adjust the moisture and temperature of the peanuts to a range suitable for pressing.

7) Embryo Press
The embryo press prepares peanuts of a certain particle size into thin flakes of about 0.3 mm. The purpose is to extract the oil from the raw materials to the maximum extent in the shortest time during the leaching process, so that the residual oil in the meal is less than 1%.

8) Pre-press
The screw pre-press can be used to press a variety of vegetable oils such as peanuts, rapeseed, soybeans, sunflowers, etc. This model uses a strip process and is suitable for the first pressing of materials with high oil content.

9) Screw oil press
Our best-selling screw oil press is suitable for pressing a variety of vegetable oils, including peanuts, rapeseed, soybeans, and sunflower. This machine utilizes a combination of circular and row-type technology and is equipped with micro-electronic control, infrared heating, and multi-stage pressing capabilities. It can perform both hot and cold pressing, making it an ideal machine for oilseed processing.

10) Vertical leaf filter
The vertical leaf filter is a highly efficient filtration system that uses a thick stainless steel mesh screen to remove coarse and fine residues from the oil and automatically discharges the residue. Its operation is convenient and continuous, with low labor intensity, facilitating subsequent fine filtration operations.
